An Account that has been inactive — meaning no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity — for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. dk11com reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of Rs 200 per month to dormant Account balances after written notification to the registered email address. A bet is considered accepted and confirmed only when dk11com's system issues a unique bet reference number and the stake is deducted from your Account Balance.
